Michigan Hops

Mystique is a variant of Saaz with noble hop characteristics. It's a great low alpha hop that plays well with Lagers, Pilsners, Ambers, Kolsch and Saison’s. Great sub for hard-to-find imported noble hops.

Mystique hops are a "found" Michigan variety that was discovered growing in a woodlot that was once a hop yard over 100 years ago dating back to the time Stroh's was purchasing hops from growers along the Telegraph corridor. They have Saaz genetics which is what Stroh's brewed with.

Lemon/lime citrusy notes with herbal hints.
