Aroma: Resinous - Stone fruit, pine, spicy

What does “low CoH” mean? Alpha acids are what brewers are looking for in hops. These acids provide the different types of aroma and flavor character to their beers. One type of alpha acid found in hops is CoH, or Cohumulone. Most of the hops that beer drinkers love feature low CoH levels. Brewers will tell you that low CoH hops provide a softer, gentler bitterness than their high CoH counterparts. High alpha, low Cohumulone, that’s the ticket!
